  • Profile Data: CV content, work experience, education, skills, and portfolio information you voluntarily provide.
  • Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the platform, including pages visited and features used.

3. How I Use Your Information

I use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Identix service
  • Generate AI-powered cover letters and translations
  • Communicate with you about your account and updates
  • Ensure platform security and prevent fraud

4. Third-Party Storage

Supabase

I use Supabase as my primary database and authentication provider. Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure and is subject to their security and privacy standards. Supabase processes data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

I do not sell your personal data to third parties. I may share data with service providers who assist me in operating the platform, subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

Right to be Forgotten

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. When you delete your account, all your personal data, CVs, company profiles, and associated content will be permanently removed from my systems. This action is irreversible.

I implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL.

9. Data Retention

I retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service. If you delete your account, I will remove your data within 30 days, except where I am required to retain it for legal purposes.
